In 2018, they purchased Fairwater, Australia’s most expensive house, for around A$100 million. Annie Cannon-Brookes agreed to buy Dunk Island off the coast of Mission Beach, Queensland, in July 2022. According to reports, the transaction was worth between A$20 and A$25 million, with the intention of establishing a nature reserve and revitalizing the resort.
