Robyn Benincasa is an endurance racer, adventure racer, author, and motivational speaker from the United States. She competed in several seasons of the reality television show Eco-Challenge: The Expedition Race. Her team won the Borneo Eco-Challenge in 2000. She went on to found or co-found two companies that focused on corporate team-building. She is the founder of Project Athena, a non-profit organization that assists women with medical challenges in pursuing their athletic goals. She is the holder of three Guinness World Records.

Benincasa has three Guinness World Records to his name. Her first was in 2010, when she set a record for the longest distance traveled by a woman in a canoe or kayak on flat water. Benincasa established a Guinness World Record in 2011 for the greatest distance traveled by a woman in a canoe or kayak in 24 hours on moving water. In 2007, Benincasa was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and told she might not be able to run again. She underwent hip resurfacing surgery and ran the Sedona Marathon four months later, determined to continue her athletic endeavors.
